I kept checking for the parts I needed, but they were always out of stock. It was frustrating, especially since I was trying to avoid spending extra money somewhere else.

"Used ShopJimmy when my TV started..."
Used ShopJimmy when my TV started acting up. Wasn’t really sure where to start. The repair info helped a lot, honestly. Not perfect. I still had to double check a couple things on my own, but it pointed me in the right direction. Definitely better than just guessing and buying random parts. Saved me some time. I’d use it again if another TV gives me trouble

"I ordered the wrong part by mistake..."
I ordered the wrong part by mistake and was a little worried I’d get the runaround or end up stuck with it. But the return process on shopjimmy.com was straightforward. I found the info I needed without too much hassle, and even though it took a bit to hear back, everything worked out fine in the end. I’d use them again.

i accidentally ordered the wrong part and reached out to ShopJimmy about getting a refund. they replied fast and told me exactly what I needed to do. once I sent the part back, the refund came through without any hassle. i thought it was going to be a whole thing, but it was actually really smooth. i’d definitely order from them again.

"Surprisingly solid replacement part"
I ordered a replacement board from shopjimmy.com and wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But it showed up looking clean, not scratched up or beat up, and it fit right into my TV without any hassle. It actually worked on the first try, which kind of surprised me in a good way.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and the picture still looks fine, with no strange issues so far. I’m still a little cautious since it hasn’t been that long, but at this point I’m happy with it and would probably order from them again if I needed another part.

"I had a board go bad..."
I had a board go bad a few months after buying it, and I was already tired just thinking about dealing with another warranty claim. Usually that stuff turns into emails, forms, waiting, and getting passed around. But ShopJimmy actually handled it quickly and sent out a replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Huge relief, and I’m glad they actually stood behind what they sold.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered a part for my TV and it did arrive in good shape, so no complaints there. But the shipping definitely felt slower than I expected, especially since the tracking barely updated. I remember checking it a few times and feeling that little bit of frustration because I was just stuck waiting and wondering where it was. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not a quick one. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a rush

"Bad first impression with the crushed box"
I ordered a replacement board, and the first impression was bad. The box showed up crushed on one corner, which is not exactly what you want to see when you're expecting an electronic part.
When I opened it, the board was basically just sitting loose inside with barely any padding. I was already annoyed before even checking the part because it felt like no real care was taken with the packaging.
Maybe the board still works, but shipping electronics like this is not okay. I expected way better protection, especially for something that can be damaged so easily. One star for the packing.
"Prices are actually fair"
The weird part is, I wouldn’t call it cheap, but I also didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Overall, the pricing seemed fair for what it is.

"Wrong Part Showed Up"
I ordered a board for my TV, but the one that showed up was a different model. Different model, not even the one I needed. The return process was fine, so I’ll give them that, but it was still annoying having to deal with it when I just wanted to fix my TV.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I had a smooth time using ShopJimmy. I found the TV part I needed faster than I thought I would, and checking out was no big deal. A couple pages were a little slow to load on my end, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, the site worked just fine.

"Tech support did end up helping me..."
Tech support did end up helping me fix the issue, but the replies were slow and I had to wait longer than I expected. I appreciate that it got resolved, but the whole experience was inconvenient enough that I’d hope the company offers some kind of compensation or credit for the delay

"Hard to get anyone to respond"
I reached out to ShopJimmy customer service a couple times about my order and it was frustrating. I got one quick short reply and then nothing for days. I understand places get busy but I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. Not really a great experience for me...
